User Responsibilities

• Understand that our assessment is a screening tool, not a definitive determination

Limitation of Liability

• Actions taken based on assessment outcomes or consultation advice
• Unavailability of services due to technical issues or maintenance

Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Consultation Services

Professional consultations are billed at $29.99 per hour. Payment is due after service completion. Consultants provide guidance based on professional experience but do not guarantee outcomes. Consultation records may be maintained for quality assurance purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Not a Government Service

GuardLine.org is an independent private service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, law enforcement entity, financial institution, or regulatory body. For official fraud reporting, contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your local authorities.

Emergency Situations

If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services (911 in the United States) immediately. GuardLine.org is not an emergency response service and cannot provide immediate intervention or law enforcement assistance.
